Under slab vapour barrier
Under Slab Vapor Barriers are a type of co-extruded polyethylene (PE) film used to protect against moisture and soil gas diffusion, puncture, and moisture.
These films are installed beneath concrete slabs and foundations to reduce the growth of fungus, mildew, and mold. They can also be used in sub-floor spaces and wall-ceilings for the same purpose.
By preventing the intrusion of moisture and gases, these films help to maintain a healthy indoor environment and protect against structural damage caused by moisture.
