Infrastructure
Our manufacturing plant located in Daman is spread over a built-up area of 30,000 square feet with ample scope for expansion. Our plant is equipped with most modern fully automatic state of the art machinery. We are process over 8,000 tons annually and are well equipped to expand further.
1. Extrusion
We operate multiple extrusion lines with a wide range of die sizes to produce your custom products. Our co-extrusion lines are equipped with computerized screw gravimetric dosage systems to accurately blend different base materials and plastic additives. Additives include slip, VCI, ultraviolet inhibitors, anti-static, anti-block and others.
Our machines are fitted with auto gauge and tension control systems enabling us offer exceptional thickness control and flat rolls to meet your exact specifications.

2. Printing
Our films provide exceptional processing and performance capabilities. Treatment ranges from 36 dynes to 50 dynes.
We operate multiple high speed rotogravure and flexo lines with automated tension control systems.

3. Bag Conversion
Our cutting-edge bag machines manufacture standard and specialized plastic bags for a diverse array of industries. Our polyethylene bags satisfy the most rigorous standards for quality and performance. Every level undergoes precise quality control machine tests for seal burst strength consistency.
